The 4-port HDP for the HD19 system is a heavy-duty die mounted junction box with individual connectors for the sensors.  If you have more sensors to connect, the HDP is also available in an 8-port version.  It connects to the DSI 2 Die Protection Sensor Interface with an HD19 cable.

Sensor connectors (both straight and 90° versions) are available separately.  One per sensor is required.
